who am I?

So who am I?  Good question! I’m still trying to figure that one out. Well, I’m part of the human race, living on this beautiful earth where every day I wake up is a blessing filled with boundless opportunity. I spend my days trying to be the superhero that saves my younger self, falling short every time, only to do it all over again. I’m an operator, an engineer, and an emergency responder. I’m a creator, a blogger, a traveler, an investor, an entrepreneur, an adventurer, an explorer, and an inventor. Needless to say, I’m mostly confused!

On to more typical info you might wanna know….

WAY PAST:

I original hail from…. oh mmaann where do start?! Ok so 5000 years ago my descendants were Canaanites that migrated over the Mediterranean and setup shop, becoming some of the world slickest traders known as the Phoenicians. Our greatest claim to fame: THE ALPHABET! Well obv with some help from the Greeks and their vowels. Fast forward a few thousand years and we’re on a plane to Canada!

PAST:

London Ontario is where I grew up and at the age of 16 I moved out west to try and charter my own path in this life. Some years were spent bouncing around the country, finally finishing high school and working construction (and doing some less than savory things for money) for a few years before going back to school.

KINDA PAST BUT MOSTLY PRESENT:

I graduated chemical engineering with honors (who would have known, I definitely would have bet against me), then went on to a business program, again with honors. Turns out I knew a thing or two! A bunch of trade tickets were acquired along the way, some online degrees, and added process engineering to my repertoire. At that point I got scooped up by a multinational chemical company. From there, I became a fire fighter and an emergency responder doing all sorts of cool stuff like high-angle rope rescues rappelling off the side of buildings n such, stuff you see in the movies!

That’s when the entrepreneurial bug that runs in the family bit me! That, and the travel bug, and I was off! I took off to south and central America for a bit, toured around, met some of the most amazing and influential people with loads and loads of money, knowledge, experience, and wisdom.

So there I was, on a dock in Ambergris Caye, Belize, faced with a dilemma. In order to work with a certain group of millionaire entrepreneurs, I need to attend a self development program called The Landmark Forum. Begrudgingly, I did it. It was the best thing I could have ever done! From there, I took more and more and more programs. Went on to learn about relationships from Alison Armstrong and David Deida, and Tracy Marshall. The Sterling Institute of Relationships came shortly after that when I realized I knew nothing about women or relationships or being a masculine man. Currently, I am involved with a rogue faction of the Sterling Institute that still teaches the principles of the Institute but is heavily involved in the community.

PRESENT AND SOME FUTURE

All the fun stuff from my day job aside, I am an active day trader (stock market) on my days off. In between trading sessions I involve myself in a few side hustles. One being a tea retailer startup that’s aimed at proving the lowest price, highest quality tea, with loads of selection. The other is a supplement company whos’ main aim is making nutritional supplements super affordable for everyone.

Needless to say, I keep busy! How do I fit all that into my life? Simple…. SCHEDULE SCHEDULE SCHEDULE! Everything is scheduled, from the time I wake up, to my morning routines, to hangout time, to down time, to sleep. I even schedule “fk off” time where I just get to fk off and do anything but work! It doesn’t always work, but when it does, its a brilliantly choreographed masterpiece!

FUTURE:

Where do I see myself in 5 years? In a 10 bedroom villa on the Island of Mallorca with an infinity pool by the sundeck next to the tiny vineyard surrounded by fig trees and an olive grove. That, or back in Belize or Costa Rica on a beach front property with a luscious jungle for a backyard, listening to the birds sing and the monkeys crashing through the trees.

Come with me??

So come along with me on my journey through this life and I promise I’ll share everything! From the heart aches and heart breaks to the moments of realization that smash life wide open! Who know, maybe somewhere along the way we can even become best friend pen pals?
